SMART Recovery is the leading self-empowering addiction recovery support group. We provide SMART (Self-Management And Recovery Training) tools and free, self-empowering, science-based mutual help groups.  Both our recovery meetings for individuals and our Family & Friends meetings are available in local communities and online.
